Some good news and evidence of progression of the Wasaga Beach Master Plan Development. On February 8, The Town will be hosting another brainstorming session, but this time focussed on the inhabitants of the new development ‘hub’. A new arena and library as the focal point seem to be favoured by Wasaga Beach residents and municipal staff. The meeting will also give the public (another) opportunity to voice their community wish list, but this time working within the physical limitations of the proposed development.
The meeting will be held at the Recplex from 7:00-9:00 on the 8th, and will likely draw in a large crowd. Next steps include hiring an architect to finalize the design of the facility.
